How to use a 8g Cream Charger nos.
Before using the 8g cream chargers nos, you had better have a cream whipper dispenser in hand,Which to load your whipped cream or infused liquid cream.
For the first time using a cream whipper dispenser, we gladly recommend to clean all of your equipment before using.
1. Insert the 8g cream chargers nos to the piping tip at the top of the cream whipper dispenser. and be sure it's connected well to the head valve.
2.Unscrew the cover and pour your desired liquid cream or your solid ingredients and liquid (if you’re making infused liquid) into the bottle. Remember, to leave some space at the top so the gas and ingredients/ liquid cream can be mixed together after shaken.
3. Secure the cover tightly with the bottle and put the N2O cream charger nos into the holder and screw it to the head of the N2O canister.
4. Twist it gently until you hear the gas being released, then shake!
5. Press the holder and enjoy your whipped cream.
The Nitrous oxide gas does act as a preservative, but only used for the whipped cream pressured within the dispenser alongside the cream charger nos, so if you’re storing your cream whipper overnight, remove the nozzle to wash well and put into the refrigerator.
SAFETY WARNING: When your cream whipper is empty, and you want to dismantle the siphon, remember the 8g N2O canister is pressured, so press the lever to release all the pressure before refilling another N2O charger.
