Description of the N2O chargers whip cream Problem
The N2O chargers whip cream dispenser have a safety valve built into the head - it is located just below the thread that the N2O charger can be screwed on.When whip cream with the N2O charger, If the Nitrous oxide gas coming out of this valve it means that there is a problem with your cream dispenser that you may solve by yourself.
Pls check some causes as follows:
(1)Too much pressure in the cream dispenser. may be you fill it with too much liquid cream to whip cream or because you have charged it with more than the recommended number of chargers. Please use 1 charger for 1/4L, 1 for 1/2L
(2)The cream dispenser valve may be blocked - please open the dispenser head and clean the gas inlet valve with the brush that came with the cream dispenser.
If the inlet valve is frozen it will cause it to be blocked. If you are in a cold climate and using the cream dispenser in a high volume operation ice may block the inlet valve. We suggest alternating between two cream dispenser so that the ice has enough time to melt.
(3) When whipping cream by the N2O charger whip,If the cream dispenser inlet valve is damaged - this part cannot be replaced unfortunately. You can check the dispenser supplier if can be repaired
